What is the average RGE cost?

A.

RGE averages greatly off of your usage, in our one bedrooms it runs $50-100; in the two bedrooms $100-150; and in the three bedrooms $150-200.

What is the security deposit?

A.

Security is equivalent to one month’s rent, the $250 hold fee is applied to this deposit

What is your pet policy?

A.

We allow up to two pets per apartment, we accept dogs and cats, there is a non-refundable pet deposit per apartment.  There is a monthly pet fee for per apartment.  We require vet papers showing currency with vaccinations and that all pets are spayed/neutered.  We also require all pet owners to carry renters insurance with liability coverage.  All dogs must be registered with the town.

Are there designated parking spots?

We do not have assigned parking spots on property.

When is the fitness room available for use?

A.

Between 6am and 11pm daily.

How can I pay my rent?

A.

We accept check and/or money order; you can pay at the office or online.

Do you have any community events?

A.

We have a variety of different community events that we host throughout the year on an annual basis.  We make these events fun for everyone to be able to participate in!

What type of heating do the apartments have?

A.

We have forced air heat in all of our units.

Do the units come with washers & dryers in them?

A.

We have washer and dryer hook ups in each unit, they are electric hook ups.  You can bring your own, or rent a set from us!  If you wanted to use it for storage we do have an on-site laundry room.

Do you have additional on-site storage?

A.

There’s ample closet space in each of the apartments as well as the option to rent a detached garage for $95/month.

Can I grill on my patio/balcony?

A.

Per town code, you can have a gas or electric grill on the first floor patios, electric grills only on the second story balconies, and no charcoal grills at all on the property.

Can I use the deck off the clubhouse?

A.

Yes, anyone is welcome to use it, we have furniture out on the deck from Spring to early Fall.

Do you repaint the unit before someone new moves in?

A.

Yes!  We repaint the unit before a new move in, we also have the units cleaned and carpets either cleaned or replaced depending on the condition of them.

Do you offer furnished units?

A.

Yes, we have a corporate unit program that offers fully furnished units that come with everything you could need!  For details, inquire with the office.

Is there 24 hour maintenance?

A.

Yes, we have 24 hour on-call maintenance for any after-hours emergencies.  Maintenance is on site Monday-Friday during regular business hours, but if you were to ever have an emergency that required assistance outside of regular business hours we have someone available on-call.

What does my rent include?

A.

Rent includes cable, cold water, and trash. You would pay for your RGE.

If I wanted to rent a garage, do I need to rent it for the entire lease?

A.

No, garages (as is also the same with washer and dryers) do not run with the lease term.  You can choose to terminate your garage at any point during your lease with 30 days written notice prior to the 1st of the month.

How long is the pool open for?

A.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year!
